Update it with any metric in plain language — from a single reading, a wearable export, or a doctor’s report — and it maintains a living journal, tracks your trends over weeks and months, and alerts you when something drifts outside your normal range.

Limitations
OpenClaw is a journal and trend analyzer, not a medical device. It cannot measure your vitals — you still need actual instruments. And it should never be used to self-diagnose or override guidance from a medical professional.
Data accuracy depends entirely on what you report. If you’re inconsistent with logging, trends will be noisy and less useful. A weekly 10-minute logging session beats a daily session you abandon after two weeks.
